Agreement

These terms govern your use of the Zinprex marketing website and, when you create an account at app.zinprex.com, the Zinprex Database-as-a-Service product. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Zinprex may update these terms. The effective date and last-updated date appear on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

The service

Zinprex provides managed PostgreSQL databases attached to projects on a customer account, a dashboard, and a public API authenticated with account-scoped keys. Features not described in the product documentation should be treated as unavailable.

Zinprex does not warrant that the service is error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. No uptime percentage, recovery time, or certification is promised in these terms.

Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. Zinprex may suspend an account or a project when fees are unpaid, when the Acceptable Use Policy is violated, or when continued operation would harm the platform or other customers. Data is retained on suspension unless a separate deletion process is completed.

Credits and payment

Credits are prepaid platform currency. Catalog prices and usage rules may change. v1 credit purchases are completed by bank transfer and are not final until Zinprex confirms the payment. Refunds, if any, are handled case by case and are not guaranteed.

Acceptable use

You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and with applicable law. You may not attempt to access another account's data, probe the platform except through documented APIs, or use the service to operate unlawful content.

Intellectual property

Zinprex retains rights in the platform, documentation, and branding. You retain rights in data you store in your databases. You grant Zinprex the limited right to host, back up, and process that data solely to provide the service.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Zinprex disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Zinprex is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or replacement costs. Zinprex's aggregate liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the three months before the claim.
